The weather has improved the last few days. It was blowing fairly strong today and it is suppose to increase so we went to Marathon Marina. We were in jackets and when we got out of the wind I had to take my shirt off it was so hot. It is suppose to be 80F (27C) tomorrow but we may get rain. The Keys are really different from the mainland – they have more character and characters. Should be fun……
HAPPY BIRTHDAY Brian!!!!!
- This is my favourite view when we sail
- Its lobster season now and it was a trick not to hit all the “floaters” (we killed one)
- US #1 starts in Key Kargo
- Marathon Marina – “home” for a few days…
- Very laid back atmosphere in the keys – the opposite of Lauderdale
- We had our picada (snack) out in the cockpit NICE.
