She was blowing 20knts this morning but the weatherman said it would lighten up by noon which didn’t really happen. The wind and the waves were right on the nose so we had to “beat” our way the 50 miles up to Marathon – a bit cool. We had lots of company out there with the fishermen and the other sailors. Seems small, but when you’ve been out in the wind for 8 hours you think about the harbour you’re heading for and the Marathon Marina has the best restaurant in Florida (Lazy Days). Great!!!
