It was a perfect morning and we were able to soak it in. One of the best parts about sailing is the interesting people you meet – one of them was Armand.
We ran up the lake in near flat water and a light breeze just enjoying the weather and the water. There is a line from a Crosby Stills and Nash tune called “Southern Cross” that goes like this: “When you see the Southern Cross for the first time you know why you came this way” – that’s how it was today (beautiful -perfect!!).
- Forerunners (Armand) love “cool” stuff like this innovative bicycle
- A PDQ power cat – made in Belleville sailed all over the world
- Is that rust on the rocks?
- Lunch on the go….
- Captain Paul taking a break and enjoying the sail
- I am most comfortable at the helm doing something
- Miles and miles of sand banks make up the shoreline of Lake Ontario from Toronto to Kingston
- The shore-side view from the helm seat
- Can it get better?
- A monarch and this dragon fly needed a rest as they made their way across the lake
Stromer, you look so happy and satisfied!
Agreed! 🙂
