David is a city of about 120K but not all that interesting so we decided to take the bus up to (you can’t take a rental car across the border) Boquete for one day – an area known for its coffee, tourism, indigenous peoples and temperate climate.
- Unusual palm tree in their central park – David, Panama
- Older building – Atlas is their beer
- Beans
- Street scene
- Street vendors
- Boquete Bus Terminal – 3500 ft
- Only in Central America
- Pine (type) trees up here
- Patagones – Fried Plantain
- A family of Ngobe Indians
- Bought a Mola – from this guy (Cuna Indian) made by his mother.
- This one made from 5 different pieces of cloth cut and sewn together
- Our Cabina – Petite Mozart Hotel (Great View)
- Hydrangia, (our favourite) on the property
- Boquete is famous for its flower growing
- Poinsettia
- All the way to the Pacific
