I know it sounds crazy but we ended the Film Festival about 10:15 pm on Sunday and at 8:00 AM on Monday morning we were on our way to Montezuma on the Nicoya Pennisula. We wanted to get away to help with the “rest process” and our friend John (Zadro) only had a few days left in CR – so away we went. Nicoya is very dry and not quite as mountainous. Costa Rica changes climate and terrain 20 times in 20 miles – so there is a lot to see. We took the ferry from Puntarenas to Paquera and then bussed it to Montezuma. Coming home we took the high speed shuttle to Jaco…then home by bus.
