It is amazing how Havana WAS so developed as a city with beautiful architecture and a vibrant arts community for hundreds of years. It was a very progressive city up until about 50 years ago. It has not progressed much since but they are in the process of rebuilding it to its former grandeur &#8211;\u00a0 it could take another 50 years. The culture and ideal of Castro Cuba will take a long time to come to grips with the things that are working and those things that are not working in their society \u2013 change is always slow to come.\u00a0\u00a0 Havana could be a world-class city with a strong cultural and arts community.<\/p>\n<p>There are 62 shots in this series in Havana which I have spread over 3 days.<\/p>\n<div
