We are still trying to confirm with Steve our arrival in Fort Lauderdale and plans for connecting in Key West. Miami is the site of the Super Bowl (in 2 weeks ) and this weekend it\u2019s the Pro Bowl. Lauderdale is full of people and we are having trouble renting a car. Lots of hurdles to making this connection with Aussie Man Steve….and going to Cuba. We spent most of our time with plans (including buying a ticket from Havana to Toronto), packing up our personal stuff and the stuff from the boat which Tom will take back to Chicago…..turned out to be a van load. About 4:30 we got a car….just in time…..AMAZING how everything has worked out in spite of all the potential glitches. Tomorrow we will drive to Key West and then sometime soon after sail to Cuba.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
